摘　　要：目的探讨湿润烧伤膏和创疡贴结合创面负压引流治疗糖尿病溃疡的临床疗效,并分析其机制。方法全程规范应用湿润烧伤膏和创疡贴结合创面负压引流治疗66例(102处)各类糖尿病溃疡患者,并观察创面引流、肉芽组织生长及创面愈合情况。结果治疗2周～9周创面愈合者30例;治疗10周～15周创面愈合者26例;治疗16周～20周创面愈合者5例;余下5例治疗20周后感染控制,坏死组织脱落,肉芽组织新生,创面缩小。结论湿润烧伤膏和创疡贴结合创面负压引流治疗糖尿病溃疡,疗效显著。Objective To explore and analyze lhe clinical efficacy and mechanism of MEBO and MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing combined wilh negaliw, pressure drainage in the treatment of Diabetic foot ulcers （DFUs）. Methods Slandard application of MEBO with MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing combined wilh negative pressure drainage in the treatwent of 66 palients （ 102 wounds） with various DFUs. Wound drainage, granulation tissue growth and wound healing were observed during Ihe process. Results A tolal of 30 palients healed after 2 -3 weeks treahment, 26 patients healed after 10 15 weeks treatment. 5 patients healed after 16 -20 weeks Ireatment, and after 20 weeks treatment, the infection in the remaining 5 palients was well controlled,. The necrotic tissue was removed with the growth of granulation tissue and shrunken wound. Conclusion The therapy of MEBO and MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing combined with negative pressure drainage has significant therapeutic effects in lhe treatment of DFUs.
