应用创疡贴与疤痕软膏治疗浅表性瘢痕磨削术后创面临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨创疡贴联合疤痕软膏治疗浅表性瘢痕磨削术后创面及预防瘢痕增生的临床疗效。方法对135例皮肤浅表性瘢痕磨削术后创面,采用创疡贴治疗,创面愈合后用疤痕软膏行防疤治疗,观察创面愈合时间及6个月后皮肤愈合质量。结果 135例瘢痕磨削术后创面经创疡贴治疗后全部Ⅰ期创合;1次治疗后有130例效果满意,显效率为96.3%,2次治疗显效率为100%。结论创疡贴联合疤痕软膏治疗浅表性瘢痕磨削术后创面及预防瘢痕增生,方法简便,疗效满意,安全实用,值得进一步推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing combined with MEBO Scar Ointment in the treatment of superficial scars after skin-abrasion. Methods A total of 135 superficial sears afters skin abrasion received MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing.MEBO Scar Ointment was used to prevent scar formation after wound healing. Tiem of wound healing and wund situations 6 months after healing were observed. Results A total of 130 cases showed satisfactory results with the effective rate being 96.3% and the effective rate was 100% after secondary treatment. Conclusion It is safe and practical to use MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing combined with MEBO Scar Ointment in the treatment of superficial scar after skin abrasion and scar prevention with the advantages of easy operation and satisfactory results . It is worthy to be promoted and popularized.
