肿胀吸脂术并发症的临床观察与分析

摘　　要：目的总结肿胀吸脂术的常见并发症的临床特点和处理经验,探讨它们的诱发因素。方法收集2004年5月至2007年5月期间,接受肿胀吸脂术治疗的患者的临床资料,分析他们的局部与全身并发症的发病情况及临床处理结果。结果 53例接受肿胀吸脂术治疗的患者,主要并发症为血肿、瘀斑、出血、切口愈合不良和皮肤麻木等,未发现全身并发症。49例在术后3～30个月接受随访,随访率为92.4%,自觉效果持久满意者44例,占随访例数的89.8%,效果不明显者3例,占随访例数的6.1%;失访2例,占随访例数的4.2%。结论肿胀吸脂术是使肥胖者达到瘦身目的的一种有效手段,手术结束后,加强医护人员的严密观察与处理,可降低并发症的发生率。Objective To summarize the clinical manifeslations and management experience of common complications after tumescent liposuetion and explore its inducing factors. Methods Clinical data of patients who received hingescent liposuetion between May 2004 and May 2007 was eolleeted and the morbidity of local and systemic complications and the results of clinical treatment was analyzed. Results Main complications of 53 patients who received tumescent liposuction included hematoma, bruising, bleeding, poor incision healing and skin numbness hut there were no sign of systemic complications. A total of 49 patients received follow-ups during the 3 - 30months after operation with the follow-up rate being 92.4%. 44 paticents were satisfied with brag-term therapeutic effeels which aeeounted for 89. 9% while the therapeutic effects in 3 patients were not significant which made up 6. 1% and 2 patients were not present at the follow-up accounting for 4.2%. Conclusion Tumescent liposuction is an effective approach to help obese people to become slimmer. Close observation and intervention can reduce the occurrenee of complications after surgery.
