积极有序规范地救治小儿中重型颅脑损伤

摘　　要：小儿中、重型颅脑损伤占小儿颅脑损伤的50%以上,准确诊断、及时正确治疗是降低病死率、致残率,提高患儿生存质量的关键。笔者结合小儿颅脑的解剖特点和临床重危病例入院抢救、各种类型颅骨骨折、颅内血肿及脑损伤等常见疾病,为积极、有序、规范地救治小儿中、重型颅脑损伤提出初步意见。Children with middle or severe craniocerebral injury accounted for more than 50% in children with traumatic brain injury.Accurate diagnosis,timely and correct treatment are key to reduce mortality,morbidity and raise quality of life in children.By combining with features of pediatric brain anatomy and treatment experience of common diseases such as skull fracture,intracranial hematoma,brain injury,the author reported a preliminary opinion on the effective and standard treatment of middle or severe craniocerebral injury in children,so as to provide reference for doctors.
