摘　　要：目的:探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)加外痔切除术治疗重度混合痔的临床疗效。方法:将94例重度混合痔患者随机分为两组,各47例,一组采用PPH加外痔切除术治疗;一组采用传统外剥内扎术治疗,对比分析两组患者疗效。结果:两组患者治愈率差异无统计学意义;但治疗组手术时间、住院时间、恢复工作时间、肛门外观、患者满意度,术后各种并发症的发生率均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:PPH加外痔切除术操作简单,安全可靠,出血少,疼痛轻,并发症少,恢复快,远期效果肯定,是治疗重度混合痔首选术式。Objective： To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids（SMH） with procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids（PPH） plus external haemorrhoidectomy.Methods： Ninty-four patients with SMH were randomized into two groups.Patients in PPH group（n=47） underwent PPH surgery plus external haemorrhoidectomy,while patients in the control group underwent traditional external dissection and internal ligation.Results： There was no statistical in between the cure rate difference the two groups（P0.05）,but the PPH group were superior in the operation time,pain index,hospital stay duration,recovery time,patient＇s satisfaction,and occurrence of postoperative complications to the control group（all P0.05）.Conclusion： PPH surgery plus external hemorrhoids is the first choice in the treatment of SMH due to its simple procedures,safety,less bleeding,pain and complications,and quick recovery,as well as a satisfactory long-term outcome.
