摘  要:电力用油中的酸性物质会对电气设备及油品本身产生一系列严重危害,而油品的水溶性酸是衡量油中酸性物质含量的重要指标之一,目前生产中水溶性酸测定普遍存在准确度差等问题。就可能影响测定的几个因素(试验用水的电导率和pH值、指示剂的pH值和振荡时间、温度等)进行了试验。经试验和调查得知:影响测定的主要因素是试验用水的pH值和指示剂的pH值。指出目前现场在试验用水方面存在的不当之处,及影响测定的因素应严格控制的范围。Acid materials in power oil may cause a lot of serious harms to electrical devices and oil itself. Water-soluble acid of oil is one of the parameters that can judge acid materials in power oil, but poor accuracy is a common phenomenon for the determination of water-soluble acid in power oil. In this paper, possible factors influencing the determination including conductivity and pH of testing water, pH of indicators and the duration of vibration and temperature have been studied and investigated. The results show that the key influences are pH of testing water and indicators that should be controlled in proper ranges. Simultaneously the papaer points out improper uses of testing water.
