涂阳肺结核病人密切接触者结核感染状况调查与随访

摘　　要：目的 了解涂阳肺结核病人密切接触者潜伏性结核感染及患病情况,为肺结核密切接触者随访观察与健康教育提供依据。方法 对确认的552例涂阳肺结核病人密切接触者进行结核结免三项检查、胸部X线检查及结核菌素纯蛋白衍生物(PPD)皮肤试验。结果 涂阳肺结核病人密切接触者潜伏性结核感染率为48.73%,活动性肺结核检出率为1.99%,密切接触者性别、年龄、与病人的居住关系等因素为主要影响因素。结论 对涂阳肺结核密切接触者进行筛查,能早期发现潜伏结核感染及活动性肺结核病人,及时做好密切接触者随访观察及健康教育,有利于结核病的控制。Objective Understand smear positive case close contact with tuberculosis patients the latent tuberculosis infection and illness condition, for tuberculosis close contact with the follow-up education health provides the basis. Methods Confirm smear positive case close contact with tuberculosis patients in 522 cases for tuberculosis and three from inspection, the chest X-ray and tuberculin pure protein derivatives （PPD） skin test. Results Smear positive case close contact with tuberculosis patients the latent tuberculosis are rate 48.73%, active tuberculosis detection rate is 1.99%, the close contact with gender, age, and the patient＇s living relationship for factors such as the main influence factors. Conclusion To smear positive case close contact with tuberculosis the screening, found early latent TB and active tuberculosis patient, completes promptly close contact with the health education and follow-up, be helpful for TB control.
