摘  要:SAWZ-10井是部署在加蓬共和国G4-188区块上的大斜度、大位移、长裸眼、三开制双靶定向探井,设计斜深2 701.98 m,垂深2 312.45 m,水平位移1 106 m。通过优选钻井工艺技术方案,全井仅用34天安全完钻,比同地区相同难度的定向井提前17天完钻,缩短钻井周期32%,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。介绍了SAWZ-10井防止上部浅层松散地层井壁垮塌的钻井液技术和钻井工艺技术、井身结构优化技术、直井段防止钻柱振动及高效防斜打直技术、斜井段井眼轨迹控制技术、MWD无线随钻测量技术和牙轮钻头配井下动力钻具组合的导向钻井技术以及防止钻柱黏卡技术的成功应用。SAWZ-10井钻井技术实践成果对今后施工同类型井,具有借鉴意义。Well SAWZ-10,located in G4-188 block(in the Republic of Gabon),is the high-deviated,large displacement,long bare hole,three open system double target directional exploratory well with designed target depth of 2 701.98 m,vertical depth of 2 312.45 m and displacement of 1 106 m.With the better selected drilling technical program,it took only 34 days to safely finish whole well,saving 17 days compared to the same difficult wells in this region and cutting the drilling period by 32%,thus good economic and social benefits were achieved.This paper made detailed description on the technologies successfully applied in well SAWZ-10,including the drilling fluid technology and drilling technology for anti-collapse shaft in the upper shallow and loose formation,well structure optimization technology,the technology of anti-vibration drilling string in straight well and high-efficient anti-deviation drilling,trajectory control technology of well hole in deviated well,wireless MWD technology,the directional drill ing technology combined with roller bit and downhole dynamic drilling tools assembly,and the technology for the prevention of sticking and stucking of drilling string.The experience accumulated in the application of the drilling technologies in well SAWZ-10 provided valuable references for the future operation of similar types of wells.
