多效唑对水仙的矮化效应

摘　　要：为了提高水仙的观赏价值 ,将水仙球分期用不同质量浓度的多效唑溶液浸泡 ,以探讨多效唑对水仙的矮化效应 .结果表明 :水养初期 (下水约 3d)将水仙浸泡于 30 mg/ L的多效唑溶液中 ,能有效地抑制水仙叶片和花葶的生长 ,达到较为理想的观赏效果 ;2 0 m g/ L以下多效唑溶液处理时 ,对水仙生长的抑制效果不明显 ;而 5 0 m g/ L以上多效唑溶液处理时 ,则水仙叶片出现卷曲。To raise ornamental values of Narcissus and study the effects of multi effect Friazole (MET) on dwarfing Narcissus,this plant was soaked in MET of different concentrations periodically. The results showed that 30 mg/L MET solution effectively inhibited the growth of Narcissus leaves and pedicels in the early stage of water cultivating and a statisfactory result was obtained. But,when the concentration was lower than 20 mg/L,the inhibition was not obvious,while concentration was higher than 50 mg/L,the leaves of Narcissus rolled up and appeared abnormal shape.
