摘  要:目的探索壳聚糖对乙肝宁颗粒中鞣质的影响,须先提取出处方中的鞣质,由于处方中鞣质含量较低且很难提纯,先用含鞣质量多的五倍子作为原料,摸索提取分离纯化鞣质的方案,再运用到处方药物中。方法分别用水、70%丙酮、100%丙酮作为溶剂,比较了超声法和热浸法的提取率;以没食子酸为标准品绘制标准曲线,对所得鞣质的进行纯度考查;把五倍子鞣质提取的最佳方案运用于乙肝宁颗粒处方,提取出含鞣质的浸膏,按照标准曲线法在相应波长下测提取液的吸光度;把提取液吸光度值代入标准曲线的回归方程,求出其鞣质含量。结果以70%丙酮作为溶剂,超声法提取得到的鞣质量最大;提取所得的五倍子鞣质的纯度为95.9%;乙肝宁颗粒处方中的鞣质含量为0.71%。结论可以通过五倍子摸索得到提取"乙肝宁"中的鞣质的方法,乙肝宁中鞣质含量太低,对壳聚糖处理后颗粒的吸湿性的改善贡献不大。Objective To diseuss the impact of chitosan on tannin, we must extract the tannin in the prescribed raw materials. As the content of tannins is low and is hard to purify, we may as well use (;alia chinensis which is abundant in tannins instead to investigate the best extraction process, and then apply it to prescription drugs. Methods Used water, 70% aceton, 100% aceton as solvents respectively, and then compared the extraction rate of ultrasonic method and thermal extraction method; In order to test the attained tannins'purity, we used the gallic acid as refere substance to draw standard curve; We applied the best extraction process to Yiganning granule prescription to extract its tannins, measured its absorbance,obtain the content of tannins. Results We could achieve the highest extraction rate of tannins when used 70% aceton as solvent and employ ultrasonic method; the purity of tannins obtained from Galla chinensis was 95.9%; the content of tannins in Yiganning granule was 0.61%. Conclusion The tannins content of Yiganning grnules can obtain according to Galla chinensis. We find it is too low to account for litter to reduce the hygroscopicity of Yiganning grnules.
