自体造血干细胞移植治疗在慢性关节周围损伤性疾病中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自体造血干细胞移植治疗在慢性关节周围损伤性疾病的临床疗效,评价其临床应用价值。方法选取本院接收治疗的慢性关节周围损伤性疾病6例,收集自体造血干细胞,采用关节周围注射法,术后对其疗效进行观察。结果 6例患者均采用该法治疗,治疗后2周患者局部症状有明显缓解,临床症状得到控制,患者主观疼痛评分或客观指标的变化趋于好转,整个治疗过程中未出现明显的不良反应。结论自体造血干细胞移植治疗慢性关节周围损伤性疾病具有较好的临床疗效,无排斥反应,副作用较小,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of autologous stem cell transplantation for the treatment in chronic periarticular injury disease, and to evaluate its clinical value. Methods Six cases of chronic joint injury disease were collected in the hospital, and then, autologous stem cells were collected, using periarticular injection, postoperative effects were ob- served. Results After two weeks, local symptoms in 6 patients obviously eased, the clinical symptoms of them were controlled, subjective pain ratings or objective indicators of change was getting better, no obvious adverse reactions occoured throughout the course of treatment. Conclusion The treatment of autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation around of chronic joint diseases has good clinical efficacy. There are no rejection, with fewer side effects, it is worthy of clinical application.
