摘　　要：本文通过三菱FX系列PLC与温控仪表SR93的通信，将温度与工艺及其它信息实时显示在系统的控制画面中，完成了温度的数据挖掘，实现了真空烤盘炉数据存储、历史操作记录、统计查询等功能。In this paper, temperature and process, and other information through the communication of the Mitsubishi FX series PLC and temperature control instrumentation SR93 real-time display in the control screen, the temperature data mining and vacuum Burning furnace data storage, historical and operational records.statistical query functions.
