中西医结合治疗无排卵不孕的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗无排卵性不孕症有效治疗途径。方法随机抽查2011年1月至2012年1月来我就诊的112例患者,分成研究组和对照组各56例,两组均采用西药调月经周期和促排卵治疗。研究组在此基础上加中药调经治疗。结果两组统计比较有显著性差异研究组优于对照组。结论中西医结合治疗无排卵所致不孕症能提高患者的周期排卵率和妊娠率。Objective To investigate the combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment of anovulatory infertility effective approach for the treatment of..Methods random sampling in 2011 January to 2012 January I included 112 patients,divided into study group and control group with 56 cases in each group,two groups are used in western medicine regulating menstrual cycle and ovulation.Research Group on the basis of the traditional Chinese medicine regulating menstruation treated with.Results The results of the two groups were statistically compared： there are significant differences between the study group was superior to control group.Conclusion the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in treatment of anovulatory infertility caused by ovulation can improve patient cycle rate and pregnancy rate.
