摘　　要：目的观察护理干预对益赛普治疗幼年特发性关节炎安全性及依从性的影响。方法对18例使用益赛普治疗的幼年特发性关节炎患儿,给予健康指导、心理护理、用药护理、功能锻炼。结果通过护理干预18例患儿及家属均积极配合治疗与护理,安全完成治疗并取得较好效果。结论有效护理干预能提高益赛普治疗幼年型特发性关节炎患儿的安全和依从性。Objective To observe the impact of nursing intervention on juvenile idiopathic arthritis patients treated with etanercept on the security and compliance.Methods Administered health guidance,psychological care,medication nursing,functional exercise to 18 juvenile idiopathic arthritis patients treated with etanercept.Results All 18 cases and their families are actively cooperate with the treatment and care.Children were safely completion of treatment and achieves good effects.Conclusion This kind of nursing intervention can improve the security and compliance on juvenile idiopathic arthritis patients treated with etanercept.
