青春期功能性子宫出血的辩治体会

摘　　要：目的分析讨论青春期功能性子宫出血的治疗措施及病因。方法将46例患者随机分为实验组23例(雌、孕激素联合用药组),对照组23例(雌激素治疗组),进行诊治分析。结果实验组周期正常23例,显效20例,有效2例,总有效率为95.65%;对照组周期正常21例,,显效16例,有效4例,总有效率为86.96%。实验组疗效明显优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论使用雌、孕激素联合用药诊治的青春期功血效果显著,值得研究推广。Objective Analyze the treatment measure and cause of disease of discussing the puberty function temperament temple issue of blood.Methods Is divided into 46 sufferers random the experiment set is 23（is female,the Yun hormone associately use a medicine set）,the matched control is 23（estrogen treatment set）,carries on making a diagnosis and giving treatment to analyze.Results Experiment set period normal 23,show an effect 20,effectively 2,always efficient is 95.65%;The matched control period is 21 normal,,show an effect 16,effectively 4,always efficient is 86.96%.The experiment set curative effect obviously surpasses a matched control and has already shown Zhao difference.（P0.05）.Conclusion Using is female,the Yun hormone associately make a diagnosis and give treatment with the medicine of puberty the achievement blood effect shows Zhao,is worth studying expansion.
