摘　　要：竞争情报开发是解决外部供应链管理中企业间合作问题的关键。外部供应链竞争情报开发途径包括情报收集和情报分析,其中情报分析主要是指分析框架和实施方法的有效结合。辅以实例,从外部供应链视角阐述如何运用情报信息及如何将分析框架和实施方法相结合,以形成企业外部供应链运行状况及对本企业影响的分析结果。Development of competitive intelligence is the key to solve the issue of cooperation between the external supply chain management companies. The development path of competitive intelligence for the external supply chain includes information gathering and information analysis, in which information analysis refers to the effective combination of analytical framework and implementation methods. Supplemented with examples on how to use intelligence information and how the analysis framework and implementation methods are combined, this article provides the ways of analyzing external supply chain operating conditions and the impact on the enterprise.
