摘　　要：文章简要阐述了"全媒体"的由来和概念,指出图书馆信息服务中"全媒体馆员"所应具备的素质和能力,并着重论述了图书馆应如何培养"全媒体馆员"的方法和策略。This paper introduces the origin and concept of omnimedia, suggests the qualifications and ability that the omnimedia librarians ought to have in the library information service, with special emphasis on the approaches and strategies of training the omnimedia librarians.
