摘　　要：针对重卡齿轮试制中出现的齿轮外圆跳动超差和齿轮检测中出现的设备和使用问题等问题,对整个工艺系统进行了分析,找到了问题产生的原因,并提出了解决问题的方法。Aiming at the problems of gear tie circle runout out-of-tolerance,equipment and use method in gear detection in the heavy truck gear trial-produce,the analysis of whole technology system is carried out.The reason is found and the method to solve the problem is proposed.
