城市社区体系结构可获性评价的原理研究

摘　　要：从人本主义的角度出发,以提升城市生活空间质量为目的,运用城市生活空间质量观的理念分析了城市社区体系结构的公正性和客观可获性的内涵。构建了城市社区体系结构可获性评价的模式,即阶层化居舍剥夺指数评价模式和阶层化社会区剥夺指数模式。阐述了基于"城市资源的配置是均等的"这一假设,结合城市社区体系结构可获性评价要素,提出了城市社区体系结构可获性评价的操作模式,以期构建完整的城市社区体系结构,提升城市社会空间的阶层可获性。Urban community is the main space for all classes to live,as a result,different groups separated from each other and form sub-culture type of area.The aim of community planning is to upgrade all the urban residents＇ urban life-spatial quality,for the urban life-spatial quality reflected in community and place system of life-spatial behavior.In view of the above discussion,urban community system is the regional foundation of urban life-spatial quality.If urban community system structure is not integrated and residence types are deprived,the corresponding class will lose their life space and accordingly lower the urban life-spatial quality.Based on the humanism,the authors analyze the impartiality and contents of objective availability of urban community system structure in order to promote urban life spatial quality.The availability of urban community systems is reflected in the accessibility of all social classes to enter variety of places.The division of urban community system has two expressions.One is the construction of urban community system accessibility,which includes spatial accessibility and social accessibility.The other is evolution of community system.In this paper,we advance the concepts of availability evaluation of urban community system structure,which are two evaluation modes.One is the social stratification residents deprivation indicial evaluation mode,the other is the social stratification social area deprivation indicial evaluation mode.It is also the spatial unit which has the same effect of economic and social cultural location.In the context of more attention to humanistic social space,urban community planning research gradually from studying internal structure of one community to planning community system structure.Therefore,to study the availability of urban community system structure is inevitable.All of the above help to construct integrated urban community system and build a harmonious society in which each class have their comfortable and livable life space.
