摘　　要：科研管理是医院管理的一个重要组成部分,本文分别从美国医院的组成、科研经费的筹集途径和实验室管理3个方面介绍了美国医院的科研管理情况,提出了美国医院科研管理中值得我们借鉴的经验,以期促进我国科研管理的建设和完善。The management of scientific research is an important component of hospital management.The component,ways of raising funds for scientific research and laboratory management in American hospitals are introduced,and then its experiences are put forward to promote developing the management of scientific research in China.
