233例痰菌阳性肺结核疫情特征与化疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析痰菌阳性肺结核疫情特征与化疗效果。方法采用Excel2003软件对233例肺结核阳性病例资料建立数据库,用SPSS14.0软件进行统计学分析。结果结核门诊痰菌阳性检出率为15.95%,其中追踪阳性率为26.18%,转诊阳性率为58.37%,就诊阳性率为15.45%;男、女性肺结核病例阳性检出率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.73,P﹥0.05);15～54岁人群占痰菌阳性病例总数的72.10%,阳性病例以农民为主(89.27%);治疗2、3月末痰转阴率分别为98.28%和99.57%;治愈率为88.41%,完成疗程率为93.99%。结论转诊和追踪是发现肺结核阳性患者的主要方式;及时、准确发现和彻底治愈痰涂片阳性肺结核患者,恢复其健康,是消除传染源、控制结核病流行的重要措施。OBJECTIVE To analyze the effects characteristics of epidemic and effects effects of chemotherapy of sputum-positive tuberculosis.METHODS Excel 2003 software was used to set up databases for 233 patients of sputum smear-positive TB,EPI info 2003 software was used to statistical analysis.RESULTS The sputum mycobacterium positive of TB outpatient was 15.95%,and the positive rate of tracking was 26.18/%,the positive rate of referred was 58.37% and positive rate of seeing doctor was 15.45%;There was significant difference in the tuberculosis sputum positive between males and females（χ2 = 0.73,P﹥0.05）.The total positive rate of the sputum mycobacterium was 89.27% among 15-54 year-old group.Farmers has the highest positive rate（72.10%）.The sputum negativity rate of treatment for 2 and 3 months were 98.28% and 99.57%,respectively.The cure rate was 88.41%,and complete treated rate was 93.99%.CONCLUSION Tracking and referred timely was the main way to find TB;Timely and accurate found,and complete cure sputum smear positive tuberculosis patients are the main measures for restoring their health,eliminating sources of infection and controlling TB.
