邓铁涛教授治疗冠心病临床诊疗方案推广及推广评价研究初探

摘　　要：目的通过推广规范的"邓铁涛教授治疗冠心病气虚痰瘀证诊疗方案",第一,将名老中医治疗特色疾病推广化;第二,评估推广效果。方法由广东省中医院心脏科邓铁涛教授弟子吴焕林教授带队,对广州市中医院、广东省江门五邑中医院、广东省惠州市中医院3家医院心内科医生进行"邓铁涛教授治疗冠心病气虚痰瘀证诊疗方案"培训,并采用培训考核、问卷调查、量表调查等方法以研究该诊疗方案的接纳度及推广应用的效果。结果试卷考核均在90分以上;独立诊疗符合度为91.6%;对本研究方案的认知度和接受度高的医院,最终对研究方案的掌握度也较好,反之,则相对较差。结论通过相对科学的培训方法,可保证诊疗方案的完整推广,并取得与原方案近似的辨证治疗效果。OBJECTIVE To promote the standard of＂proposal of diagnosis and therapy from Professor Deng Tie-tao for the blood stasis due to qi deficiency and phlegm stasis synptom of Coronary heart disease＂.Firstly,we made a specification diagnosis and therapy from the noted TCM doctors;second,we assessed the effects.METHODS The teacher team is from Guangdong Provincial Hospital,including Wu Huan-lin,who is the disciple of Deng Tie-tao,and chief physician Wang Yunfei and Luo Wen-jie attending doctor.The students team is consist of physicians from TCM Hospital of Guangzhou,TCM Hospital of Guangdong Jiangmen Wuyi,and TCM Hospital of Huizhou City of Guangdong.After courses,we assessed the teach effects by training assessment,questionnaires and survey scale.RESULTS Examination papers were 90 points or more;independent clinic conformity was 91.6%;For hospital with a high degree of awareness and acceptance of the hospital.The final master degree study program is also good,and vice versa is relatively poor.CONCLUSION Relative to the scientific training methods,could ensure a complete treatment program to promote and achieve the original program with similar dialectical treatment.
