延边地区成人Tuffier’s线与腰椎水平的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨延边地区成人Tuffier’s线与腰椎水平的关系及性别、民族对它的影响。方法选择该地区成人264例,观测仰卧位腰椎平片上Tuffier’s线所经腰椎水平,并比较男性与女性、朝鲜族与汉族Tuffier’s线所经腰椎水平。结果该地区成人Tuffier’s线所经腰椎水平位于L3-4棘突间隙至L5-S1棘突间隙之间,约81%经L4棘突和L4-5棘突间隙。Tuffier’s线所经腰椎的平均水平女性较男性低,汉族较朝鲜族低,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论延边地区成人Tuffier’s线所经腰椎水平有性别、民族差异,临床确定腰椎水平应考虑其差异。OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between Tuffier＇s line and lumbar vertebrae level in adults of Yanbian district and the influence of sex and nationality on it.METHODS Two hundred and sixty-four adults in Yanbian district were enrolled.Their positions of Tuffier＇s line passed lumbar vertebra on the plain film of lumbar vertebra were recorded.Then we compared the positions between male and female,and between Korean nationality and Han nationality.RESULTS Positions of Tuffier＇s line laid between L3-4 and L5-S1 interspace,81% of the adults laid in the L4 spinous process and L4-5 interspace.The average position of Tuffier＇s line was lower in female than that in male,and lower in Han nationality than in Korean nationality（P﹤0.01）.CONCLUSION There was significant difference in sex and nationality on positions of Tuffier＇s line in adults of Yanbian district,and it must be considered to identify lumbar vertebrae level in clinic.
