摘 要:对用工业废盐酸浸出菱锰矿制备四水氯化锰进行了扩大试验。结果表明:在浸出温度80℃、pH=3.0、液固体积质量比4∶1、浸出时间60min条件下,锰浸出率达91.1%;浸出过程中添加硫酸锰可去除大部分钙,浸出液一次浓缩后,除钙率达到95%;利用氟化锰除镁,氟化锰过量系数为1.0时,除镁率达86%;净化液经氯化钡脱硫、浓缩结晶,获得四水氯化锰产品,其质量达到HG-T3816—2006标准,锰回收率为72.3%。Pilot test on leaching low-grade rhodoehrosite using industrial waste hydrochloride to prepare tetrahydrate manganese chloride was introduced. The results show that at the optimum process conditions of leaching temperature of 80℃ ,leaching time of 60 rain, pH of 3.0, ratio of liquid to solid of 4 : 1,leaching rate of manganese reaches 91.1%. Most of Ca can be removed simultaneous during leaching by addition MnSO4. Ca removing rate reaches 95% after preliminary concentrating. Mg removing rate reaches 86% when the excessive ratio of MnF2 is 1. 0. The product of tetrahydrate manganese chloride can be obtained from purification solution after desulfidation and evaporation crystallization, which quality satisfying criteria of HG/T3816--2006, and recovery of Mn is over 72 %.
