摘  要:在分析MG发用电特性对配电网网损和用户供电可靠性的影响效应的基础上,建立了计及上述影响效应的含MG的配电网网架柔性规划模型。尝试将细菌群体趋药性(BCC)算法应用于模型求解;为解决布尔困境问题,提出基于sigmoid函数的策略;针对迭代过程中产生的不满足辐射条件的不可行解,提出基于操纵子理论的判断修复策略,实现对孤岛、孤链和环网的一次性修复。最后,IEEE54节点算例验证了模型的适用性以及改进BCC算法应用于含MG配电网网架规划的有效性和可行性。This paper analyzes the impacts of the characteristics of electricity generation and consumption of microgrid (MG) on the distribution network losses and the reliability of electric power supply to consumers. Considering those impacts, a distribution network flexible planning model containing MG is established. Secondly, by applying the bacteria colony chemotaxis (BCC), the strategy based on the Sigmoid function is adopted to solve the Boolean dilemma, and the judgement and recovery strategy for the infeasible solutions arising during the iterative process is presented, which is based on the operon theory and can repair the islands, isolated chains and rings simultaneously. Finally, IEEE54 example shows the applicability of the model, as well as the effectiveness and feasibility of the improved BCC algorithm in the distribution network programming containing MG.
