摘 要:基于瞬时无功功率理论的谐波电流检测方法的性能主要受低通滤波器的影响。针对传统数字低通滤波器所具有的截止频率固定等缺点,根据自适应的原理,提出了一种自整定因子变步长的低通滤波器模型。通过引入非均匀量化规则的模糊调节器,对滤波器步长参数进行在线调整,从而达到动态调节截止频率的目的。通过仿真比较与实验验证进一步证明了该模型在稳态精度和动态性能方面都优于传统低通滤波器;同时易于编程实现,将该滤波器模型应用于有源滤波器等FACTS装置中对于非线性负荷产生的系统谐波具有较好的补偿能力。Harmonic current detecting methods based on instantaneous reactive power theory is adopted broadly, whose performance is mainly affected by the low-pass filter. Considering the shortcomings of traditional digital low-pass filter such as fixed cut-off frequency, a variable step-size low-pass filter model with self-tuning factor is presented. The fuzzy regulator using non-uniform quantization rule is introduced to online adjust LPF’s step parameters, so as to dynamically regulate LPF’s cut-off frequency. The simulation comparison and experiment verification are listed to show that the proposed model has better performance both in steady state accuracy and dynamic property compared with traditional LPF; meanwhile it also can be easily realized by programming, and the experiment results show that active filter and other FACTS devices using this LPF model have outstanding harmonic compensating capability to non-linear loads.
