摘　　要：双膦酸盐是临床广泛应用的一线骨质疏松防治药物,其通过抑制破骨细胞活性和增高骨密度来降低骨折风险。由于此类药物在抑制骨吸收的同时也会抑制骨形成,因此其是否对骨折愈合过程存在不利影响值得思考。本文就双膦酸盐类药物对骨质疏松性骨折愈合影响的动物实验及临床研究进行综述。Bisphosphonates（BPs） have been widely used for treatment of osteoporosis as the first-line medicine,which can increase bone mineral density and decrease osteoporotic fracture risk through inhibiting the activity of osteoclast.As BPs can inhibit the activity of osteoblast,it is a considerable issue that whether BPs have a negative effect on healing process of bone fracture.The animal experiments and clinical research about the effect of BPs on bone fracture healing process were discussed in this review.
