强吸附型纳米银溶液的研制及在抗菌医用敷料中的应用

摘　　要：以烷基化环糊精水溶液和硝酸银为原料,一步法制备了一种新型强吸附型纳米银溶液,将纳米银溶液应用于烧烫伤抗菌网状纱布、烧烫伤抗菌水刺非织造布及海藻酸钙纤维止血垫等抗菌医用敷料,SGS的检测结果表明,均获得了满意的抗菌效果,体现了优异的应用前景。Using alkylated cyclodextrin aqueous solution and silver nitrate as raw materials, a new type of nano-silver solution with strong adsorption was prepared by one-step method.And then nano-silver solution was applied to antibacterial burns mesh gauze, antibacterial burns spunlaced fabric, calcium alginate fiber hemostatic pads and other antibacterial medical dressings, and SGS test results proved satisfied antibacterial effect, which indicated excellent application prospects.
