摘　　要：采用挤压铸造工艺生产4Cr5MoSiV钢锻模,可节约大量的模具钢和减少加工的费用,总结了挤压铸造用4Cr5MoSiV钢锻模的熔炼工艺要点,为发展锻模挤压铸造生产提供实际依据。4Cr5MoSiV steel forging die can be manufactured by squeezing casting.The machining process can be reduced and the manufacture process will be shortened,The melting technology of 4Cr5MoSiV steel was summarized based on the experiment,which will be benefit to make forging die casting by this process.
