摘　　要：目的:探讨血清超敏C-反应蛋白在急性心肌梗死中的应用价值。方法:选取急性心肌梗死患者和健康志愿者各50例,分为心肌梗死组和对照组。分别测定两组患者血清C-反应蛋白水平、肌酸激酶同工酶含量和肌钙蛋白Ⅰ含量。并分析三者的相关性。结果:急性心肌梗死组患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白水平、肌酸激酶同工酶含量及肌钙蛋白Ⅰ含量均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。三者呈正相关。结论:血清超敏C-反应蛋白对于早期诊断心肌梗死有较高的应用价值。Objective： To investigate the value of serum high sensitive C - reactive protein in the di- agnosis of acute myocardial infarction. Methods：Fifty acute myocardial infarction patients and 50 healthy volunteers were enrolled into this study, their serum C - reactive protein level, the content of creatine kinase isoenzyme and troponin I concentration were evaluated and the correlation among the three were analyzed. Results：There was a positive correlation among the serum C - reactive protein level, the content of creatine kinase isoenzyme and troponin I concentration in patient with acute myocardial infarction. Conclusions：The serum high sensitive C- reactive protein shows great value for the early diagnosis of myocardial infarction.
