高血压患者血压动态变化及其护理路径探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨高血压患者动态血压的监控以及其护理路径。方法:对我院收治的120例高血压患者根据其血压情况分为杓型组(66例)以及非杓型组(54例),对两组患者进行动态血压监控,同时对两组患者的血压测定期间的护理方法分析。结果:杓型组以及非杓型组在nSBP、nDBP比较中有统计学差异性。结论:对高血压患者进行护理干预,可降低患者心理焦虑等影响,从而使对患者的血压测定更加贴近患者本身血压情况,从而为临床护理以及治疗提供帮助。Objective. To investigate ambulatory blood pressure monitoring of hypertensive patients and their care path. Methods： The hospital treated 120 patients with hypertension were divided into according to their dipper blood pressure group （66 cases） and non-dipper group （54 cases）, the two groups of patients with ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, while the two groups of patients blood pressure measurement methods of care during the analysis. Results：dipper group and non-dipper group nSBP, nDBP comparison statistically differences. Conclusion. Nursing intervention for hypertensive patients, reduce patient anxiety and other psychological effects, so that the patient＇s blood pressure measured blood pressure closer to the patients themselves, so as to clinical care and treatment to help.
