姜黄素体外对阴道乳酸杆菌及精子动态参数的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究姜黄素体外对人阴道乳酸杆菌及精子动态参数的影响。方法:XTT检测姜黄素对包皮角朊细胞的细胞毒性作用;TPY液体培养基法检测姜黄素体外对人阴道乳酸杆菌的抑菌作用。并用CASA法检测加入姜黄素前后精液各项参数的变化。结果:姜黄素抑制人阴道乳酸杆菌的MIC为(12.5±1.2)mg/mL,10mg/mL的姜黄素使精子活率、A活力、A+B活力、直线速度VSL、平均路径VAP都降低。直线性LN、摆动性WOB增加,都具有差异性。结论:一定浓度的姜黄素体外可能降低精子的活力。Objective： To explore the in vitro influence of curcuma on vaginal lactobacillus and sperm motility parameters.Methods： The cytoxicity of curcuma to foreskin keratinocytes was tested by XTT.The inhibition of curcuma to lactobacillus was tested by TPY liquid medium method.Human sperm was treated with 10 mg/mL curcuma and the sperm motility parameters were tested by CASA-SS 3.0.Results： The MIC of curcuma to lactobacillus was（12.5±1.2） mg/mL.The sperm activity、A activity、A＋B activity、VSL and VAP were decreased by curcuma.The LN and WOB were increased by curcuma.Conclusion： Curcuma could decrease the sperm activity in vitro.
