摘　　要：简述了轧管机芯棒的用途、工作环境、制造成本及自制大口径空心芯棒的必要性,介绍了开发大直径空心芯棒用管的设计思路和开发过程,从坯料成分、尺寸精度、热处理工艺以及市场分析等方面分析了空心芯棒的研发现状。Presentation was made on the application, working environment and manufacturing cost of tube mill mandrel, and the necessity to make large diameter hollow mandrel. The development process was presented. The development status of hollow mandrel was analyzed from aspects of blank composition, dimensional accuracy, heat treatment process and market, and the working direction was determined.
