摘　　要：介绍了盐浴渗铬的基本原理、渗层结构、性能及在模具上的应用,通过盐浴渗铬工艺得到的碳化铬渗层具有高硬度、高耐磨性、耐腐蚀等优点,在拉深模、挤压模、冷锻模等冷作模具上广泛应用,可大幅度提高模具使用寿命。Salt-bath chromizing was presented, including the basic principle, the structure of chromizing layer, the performances, and the application in die. The carburization chro- mizing layer prepared by this process performs high hardness, high wear resistance and high anti-corrosion, etc. It has been widely applied in cold working die, such as drawing die, extrusion die and cold forging die, etc, which can greatly extend the service life of the dies.
