摘  要:以钨钼分离中产生的副产品硫代钼酸铵晶体为原料,采用强还原剂水合肼直接还原制备具有润滑性能和催化性能的二硫化钼高附加值产品。实验研究了水合肼与硫代钼酸铵的摩尔比、反应温度、反应时间、搅拌器的转速等对还原效果的影响,并最终确定了最佳条件。制得的二硫化钼产品颗粒细小,触手滑腻。As a by-product from the separation of tungsten and molybdenum in the tungsten metallurgy,ammonium thiomolybdate was directly reduced by hydrazine hydrate to prepare high value added product of molybdenum disulfide,which is known to play a favorable role as solid lubricant and catalyst in industry.The effects of molar ratio of hydrazine hydrate to ammonium thiomolybdate,reaction temperature and time,and stirring speed on the reduction were investigated,and the optimal condition for reduction was determined.The product of molybdenum disulfide was smooth with fine size and exhibited lubricity.
