摘  要:目的比较运动负荷核素心肌灌注显像(MPI)与64层螺旋CT血管成像(CTA)诊断冠状动脉病变的临床价值。方法 35例临床疑诊冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)患者行MPI及CTA检查,对比分析检查所见及诊断结论。结果 35例患者中MPI、CTA均阳性15例,MPI阳性CTA阴性3例,MPI阴性CTA阳性3例,MPI、CTA均阴性14例。结论核素心肌显像反映心肌摄取显像剂的能力,与相应血管通畅情况和心肌细胞活性有关,联合64层螺旋CT血管成像可以达到全面准确诊断冠心病的目的。Objective To investigate clinical value of myocardial perfusion imaging(MPI) and 64-slice CT angiography(CTA) in the detection of coronary artery disease(CAD).Methods Thirty-five patients were examined by MPI and CTA.All data were analyzed and compared.Results Fifteen patients had abnormal MPI and CTA imaging;3 patients had abnormal MPI and normal CTA imaging;3 patients had abnormal CTA and normal MPI imaging and 14 patients had normal MPI and CTA imaging.Conclusion MPI can display uptake function of myocaium to reagent,connected with coronary arteries unobstructed and cell activity.CAD can be diagnosed correctly and totally by using MPI and CTA synthetically.
