摘 要:为实现工作电源和备用电源不在同一变电站的备用电源智能投入,对区域网络备用电源自动投入(以下简称区域备自投)技术在110 kV链式串供电网中的应用进行研究。在分析区域备自投基本原理和技术原则的基础上,阐述110 kV链式串供电网的故障定位方法以及区域备自投系统与传统变电站内备用电源自动投入装置的配合关系,分别给出在实验室和变电站环境下区域备自投系统的测试方法和逻辑策略动作时限。针对远动信号响应速度过慢这一潜在风险,提出在现阶段电网通信技术条件下较为合理的改进措施,包括瞬时遥信自保持、提高信道传输速率和远动机响应速度、缩小遥测信号传送死区和规范规约流程等。In order to realize spare power smart switching of OPS and spare power supply in different substations, the application of spare power automatic switching of local networks (hereinafter referred to as LSP) in 110 kV chain-mode power supply networks is studied. On the basis of analyzing the fundamental principle and engineering philosophy of LSP, the paper elaborates on fault location method of chain-mode power supply networks and coordination between spare power automatic switching of local networks and conventional spare power automatic switching device in substation; it puts forward test method and time limit of logic control strategy in environments of laboratory and substation. In accordance to the slow re- sponse speed of remote signals, the paper proposes comparatively reasonable improvement in current condition of power sys- tem communication technology, including self perpetuating of transient remote signal, speeding up transmission rate of the channel, narrowing the dead zone of remote signal transmission, normalizing protocols and procedure and so on.
