终止妊娠新药抗孕唑的一般药理作用研究

摘　　要：目的 :　研究抗孕唑 (DL111 IT)对中枢、传出神经、呼吸及心血管系统的作用。方法 :采用小鼠睡眠时间、惊厥反应、刻板运动试验和家兔大脑皮层电图描记法 ,观察中枢神经系统作用 ;用乌拉坦麻醉猫观察血压、呼吸、心电图的变化 ;以受体效应为指标 ,观察传出神经系统功能。结果 :在抗早孕剂量范围 ,DL111 IT对小鼠有镇静作用 ;对家兔大脑皮层电图及麻醉猫的血压、呼吸、心电图无明显影响 ;对传出神经系统功能亦无效应。结论 :DL111 IT对中枢神经系统有一定镇静作用 ;对呼吸。OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of DL111IT on respiratory, cardiovascular, central and autonomic nervous systems.METHODS: The central nervous effects of DL111IT were examined on mice and rabbits;the effects of DL111IT on BP,ECG,and respiration were observed on cats;the autonomic nervous effects of DL111IT were determined by receptor response.RESULTS: On contragestational dosage, no significant effects of DL111IT were observed on BP, ECG, heart rate, respiration, and autonomic nervous system except that some sedative effect was observed on mice.CONCLUSION: DL111IT has some sedative effect on central nervous system and has no obvious effects on respiratory, cardiovascular,and autonomic nervous systems.
