摘　　要：根据目前海洋石油市场前景及作业的需要,提出了多功能自升式平台的思路。对其作业工况分别进行了阐述。建立平台模型,以一典型作业条件和作业工况为例,利用ANSYS软件进行强度计算;并对其稳性进行了校核计算。证明多功能自升式平台在其作业环境条件下是安全可靠的,能够满足作业的需要。According to the current ocean petroleum operation needs and market prospects, the multi-function jack-up of thought were put forward. The operational condition were expounded. Platform model was established, taking a typical operation condition, ANSYS software was carried out on its strength calculation and through calculation checked the stability. Proved multi-function platform on the safe side and reliable, satisfied all operational requirements.
