摘  要:研究自升式钻井平台在就位状态桩腿下放过程中的动力响应特性,针对桩腿下放平台漂浮状态,研究波浪载荷作用引起的平台动力响应。以某自升式平台为例,采用三维势流理论和Morison公式,运用SESAM软件,建立了精细的几何模型、面元模型以及Morison模型,在频域内计算了结构的波浪载荷和运动响应的传递函数,并对平台运动响应进行了短期统计预报,确定了平台可能发生触底的桩腿下放高度及海洋环境参数。The motion responses of Jack-up during positioning and lowing were investiga ted. The Jack-up's motion excited by wave is studied during floating condition as lowing legs. This paper took a Jack-up as example,the panel model and Morison model are set up by SESAM software, the wave loads and RAOs of responses in frequency domain were calculated based on the 3D potential flow theory and Morison equation. Furthermore, short term statistic of the Jack-up's motion was predicted, the lowing height of exposure to seabed of legs and the corresponding parameters of the marine environment are determined.
