复方醋酸氯己定涂膜剂的皮肤安全性实验

摘　　要：目的考察复方醋酸氯己定涂膜剂对动物皮肤的刺激性和致敏性。方法取豚鼠于完整皮肤和破损皮肤单次和多次给药,进行皮肤刺激性实验;以2,4-二硝基氯苯为阳性致敏物,进行皮肤致敏性实验。结果皮肤刺激性实验中,豚鼠的完整皮肤和破损皮肤均无红斑和水肿;致敏性实验中,受试药物组动物皮肤均未出现红斑和水肿。结论复方醋酸氯己定涂膜剂对皮肤无刺激性和致敏性。Objective To evaluate the skin irritation and sensitization of Film Forming Solution for Compound Chlorhexidine Acetate.Methods The skin irritation experiment was carried out on normal and damaged skin by single and multiple doses.2,4-Dinitrochloroben was applied on the skin of a guinea pig as posotive allergen in the sensitization experiment.Results There was no erythema or oedema in the skin irritation experiment.No erythema or oedema was obeserved in the sensitization experiment.Conclusion Film Forming Solution for Compound Chlorhexidine Acetate causes no skin irritation and sensitization.
