慢性乙型肝炎患者α-干扰素治疗前后血清脂联素水平的变化

摘　　要：目的观察慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)患者α-干扰素治疗前后血清脂联素水平的变化,探讨其与α-干扰素应答的关系。方法 31例男性CHB患者接受α-干扰素治疗6个月,治疗前及治疗结束应用ELISA法检测血清脂联素水平,同时检测肝功能、血脂、空腹血糖(FBG)、HBVDNA等。测量人体身高、体重,计算体重指数(BMl)。以20例男性健康体检者为正常对照组。结果 CHB患者血清脂联素水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后干扰素应答组血清脂联素水平显著降低,应答组与不应答组α-干扰素治疗前脂联素水平无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 CHB患者血清脂联素水平与肝脏炎症活动相关,但不能作为α-干拢素应答的预测因素。Objective To study serum adiponectin levels in patients with interferon-alpha（IFN-α）therapy of chronic hepatitis B（CHB）,and investigatc the relationship between serum adiponectin levels with the response to IFN-α.Methods 31 male patients with CHB were enrolled in this study and were assigned IFN-α 6 months,Serum adiponectin was detected by ELISA before and after IFN-α therapy.At the same time,liver function,blood lipid,fasting serum blood glucose（FBG）and HBV DNA were dctected.After measurement of the height and body weight,body mass index（BMl） were caculated.20 male healthy adults were selected as normal control groupe.Results Scram adiponectin levels in patients with CHB were higher significantly than normal control groupe（P0.01）,It was significantly lower after IFN-α therapy than before in the group of interferon response,while no signiflcanl difference before treatment between the response group with the no response group.Conclusion High adiponectin levels in patients with CHB were correlated with the liver inflammation activity,and can not be a factor of forecasting the response to IFN-α.
