广西北海市2002～2009年涂阳肺结核病人治疗转归队列分析

摘　　要：目的分析北海市涂阳肺结核病人治疗转归。方法根据北海市结核病控制工作季报表和年报表,对初治、复治涂阳肺结核病人的治疗转归进行队列分析。结果初治涂阳病人治愈率由2002年41.4%上升到2009年94.0%,复治涂阳病人治愈率由2002年23.5%上升到2009年90.2%。结论 2002～2009北海市涂阳肺结核病人治愈率逐年提高,达到了国家要求的85%治愈率,有效控制了传染源。Objective To analyze treatment outcome of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patient.Methods Quarterly report and yearly report of tuberculosis prevention from were collected,and treatment outcome was analyzed for new and repeated smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Results From 2002～2009,cure rate of new smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients increased from 41.4% to 94.0%,cure rate of repeated smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis patients increased from 23.5% to 90.2%.Conclusion Cure rate increased year by year for smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis in Beihai from 2002 to 2009 and reached national cure rate requirement 85%.
