推拿治疗“电脑颈背痛症”60例临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的：观察推拿治疗“电脑颈背痛症”的临床疗效。方法：于2004年6月至2011年5月，笔者对随机抽样的“电脑颈背病症”60例患者（女性35例，男性25例，年龄13—60岁，平均36岁），采用推拿手法治疗，每周两次，10次为一个疗程，治疗3个疗程。结果：患者治疗后，治愈20例（33．33％），好转35例（58．33％），无效5例（8．33％），总有效率为91．67％。结论：推拿治疗“电脑颈背痛症”疗效确切，安全可靠，操作简单，便于临床推广应用，Objective： To observe the effects of massage therapy in treatment of neck and back pain caused by long-term computer operation. Methods： 60 cases with neck and back pain caused by long--term computer operation were selected randomly from the population. Among them, 35 cases were female and 25 cases were male; the ages ranged between 13-60 years, with an average of 36. All cases ere treated with massage. The treatment was given twice per week. Patients were treated for 3 routines. Result： After treatment,20 cases （accounting for 33.33%） were cured,35 cases got marked effect （accounting for 58.33%） ; and no effect in 5 cases （accounting for 8. 33%）. The total effective rate was 91.67 %. Conclusion： Massage, as a convenient and safe way to be used clinically,possesses a good therapeutic effect for the treatment of neck and back pain caused by long --term computer operation.
