摘 要:目的:观察优质护理服务对神经外科住院患者护理服务满意度的影响。方法:将符合病例入选标准的60例神经外科患者随机分为观察组、对照组,每组30例。2组均给予神经外科常规护理措施,观察组同时按照《2010年“优质服务示范工程”活动方案》给予优质护理服务。优质护理服务措施主要包括加强认识、尊重患者、心理支持、认知干预、行为干预、健康教育等。结果:观察组满意率为96.67%,对照组满意率为83.33%,2组相比差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论:优质护理服务可提高神经外科住院患者护理服务满意度。Objective:To observe the quality of nursing service in neurosurgical inpatients' satisfaction with nursing service effect. Methods:with a case in 60 cases of neurosurgical patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. The 2 groups were given conventional care measures, the observation group in accordance with the"2010" quality service demonstration projeet plan'to give high quality nursing service. High quality nursing service measures including strengthening the understanding, respecting patients, psychological support, cognitive intervention, intervention, health education. Result: the observation group satisfaction rate was 96.67%, compared to the control group satisfaction rate of 83.33%, compared to 2 groups had significant difference ( P〈0.05 ). Conclusion:the quality of nursing service can improve neurosurgieal inpatients' satisfaction with nursing service.
