摘　　要：目的：探讨妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）的临床护理路径.方法：回顾60例患者的临床资料,分析其临床护理经过,探讨GDM对母婴的影响.结果：羊水过多6例,妊娠期高血压综合征5例、早产8例,巨大儿4例,37例达到良好妊娠结局.结论：孕早期进行糖尿病筛查,及时发现GDM,控制好血糖,加强围生期GDM孕妇的管理及护理,可有效降低孕产妇合并症、围产儿病死率.Objective：the gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM） of clinical nursing pathway. Methods ： review the clinical data of 60 patients, analyzing its clinical nursing after,this paper discusses the influence of GDM maternal and infant. Result：polyhydramnos in 6,gestational hypertension syndromes in 5 cases,preterm delivery in 8 cases,huge son 4 eases,37 eases achieve good pregnancy. Conclusion：early stages of pregnancy on diabetes screening, timely discovery GDM, control blood sugar, strengthen the perinatal period GDM pregnant women and management of nursing, can reduce effectively maternal complications,wai births case fatality.
