不同急救方案对急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的：探讨不同急救方案对急性心肌梗死患者的实际临床治疗效果。方法：我院自2008年2月至2011年2月收治急性心肌梗死患者108例，随机分为A组、B组和对照组，每组各36例。三组患者均给予止痛、镇静等一般处理，A组在此基础上给予尿激酶治疗，B组在此基础上给予重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂治疗。观察三组患者的实际临床症状改善情况，统计三组患者的治疗效果。结果：A组心绞痛9例，再发心肌梗死1例，心脏衰竭4例，住院病死4例；B组心绞痛2例，再发心肌梗死1例，。脏衰竭3例，住院病死1例；对照组心绞痛32例，再发心肌梗死7例，心脏衰竭12例，住院病死8例。结论：重组组织型纤维酶原激活剂治疗急性心肌梗死效果好于尿激酶治疗效果，可以作为不具备介入治疗条件的首选灌注方案。Objective：Explore the different emergency treatment plans for patients with acute myocardial infarction and practical clinical therapeu- tic effect. Methods：In our hospital from 2008February to2011 February were in patients with acute myocardial infarction in 108 cases, were randomly divided into A group,B group and control group, 36 cases in each group. Three groups of patients were given analgesic, sedation and general treat- ment,t^e A group on the basis of giving urokinase therapy,B group based on the given recombinant tissue type plasminogen activator in the treat- ment of. To observe three groups of patients with actual clinical symptom improvement, statistics in three groups of patients with therapeutic effect. Resuit：A group of 9 patients with angina pectoris, recurrent myocardial infarction in ] cases,heart failure4 cases, mortality in 4 cases; B group of 2 patients with angina pectoris,recurrent myocardial infarction in I cases, heart failure3 cases, mortality in 1 cases; the control group of 32 patients with angina peetoris, recurrent myocardial infarction in 7 cases, heart failure in 12 cases, 8 cases of inpatient mortality. Conclusion： Recombinant tissue plasminogen activator in patients with acute myocardial infarction by urokinase treatment effect and good effect, can be used as does not have the intervention condition preferred perfusion solution.
