摘　　要：目的：分析肺心病合并冠0病病惠的相关临床症状与诊断治疗的方法。方法：以我院2011年8月份至2011年12月份收治的38例肺心病合并冠心病病患作为研究的对象，对全部病患的临床诊断治疗资料展开回顾性地分析总结。结果：38例病患的右心室内径都有程度不一的增大，右心室的出入道也增宽，而且伴左心室显著增大的患者占18例，主动脉出现钙化、迁曲或是延长的患者占10例。经心电图的临床诊断检查所示，有11例患者的电轴出现左偏，有5例患者的左心室增厚，有2例患者的左前分支发生阻滞，有2例患者出现持续性房颤。经临床治疗之后，35例患者的病情得到有效改善，有3例无效死亡，有效率为92．1％，死亡率为7．9％。结论：临床上，诊治肺心病合并冠心病，必须要掌握该病的有关临床表现，这样才可以有效减少误诊和漏诊的现象，进而提高该病的临床治愈率。Objective：The Analysis methods of pulmonary heart disease with coronary heart disease patients related to clinical symptoms and the diagnosis and treatment. Methods：Thlrty--eight cases of pulmonary heart disease with coronary heart disease patients were admitted to our hospital from August 2011 to December 2011 ,they were the object of study,and we maed a retrospectively analyzed and summarized for all patients with clinical diagnosis and treatment information. Result：Thirty--eight cases of patients with right ventricular diameter has a degree of varying increases, the right ventricle also were out of Road widened,and 18 cases of patients were with the left ventricle significantly increased the proportion,aortic calcification,tortuosity, or extend of patients accounted for 10 cases. ECG was shown in the clinical diagnostic tests in 11 patients with axis left side, five ca- ses of patients with left ventricular thickening,there are two cases in patients with left anterior branch block,two cases of patients with persistent atrial fibrillation. After clinical treatment,35 cases of the patient＇s condition has been effectively improved,3 cases were died,the effective rate was 92. 1% ,the mortality rate was 7.90%. Conclusion：In Clinically, we must grasp the clinical manifestations of the disease, the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary heart disease with coronary heart disease, so that it can effectively reduce the phenomenon of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, to improving the clinical cure rate of the disease.
