摘  要:面对日益严格的节能减排要求和激烈的市场竞争,国内外炼化企业正围绕生产、运营、决策等环节积极研究并开展系统优化工作。为实现生产运营整体优化,我国炼化企业需进一步加强自主优化技术的研发、先进控制技术与模拟优化技术的集成、过程系统优化技术的推广,以及石油化工与信息技术复合型人才的培养等,并通过研究开发与实际应用,提升炼化一体化水平。In the face of the increasing stringent requirements for energy-saving and the intense market competition, the refining and petrochemical enterprises were developing the system optimization technologies for production,operation and decision-making. To achieve overall optimization,Chinese refining and petrochemical enterprises should further strengthen the development of owned optimization technologies,the integration of advanced control and simulation optimization technologies, the generlization of system optimization technologies, the cultivation of compound talent for petrochemical and information technology. The integration level for the refining-chemical should be increased by the development of research and the practical application.
