摘 要:针对濮城油田抽油机井系统效率低、浪费能源这一问题,通过系统能耗分析,找出了抽油机井系统效率低的原因和影响系统效率的主要因素;提出并实施了抽油机拖动节能装置、抽油泵革新配套、地面节能及机采提液管理等提高机采系统效率相关配套技术,使抽油机井平均机采系统效率提高了3.89%,年节电23.14×105kWh,累计增油18 363t,在抽油机生产中,见到了明显节能降耗效果。Based on low efficiency of pumping system in Pucheng Oilfield and the energy-wasting, the main factors which cause the low efficiency of pumping system have been found by analysing the energy-consumption of system. Some technologies and equipments used for increasing the efficiency of system have been proposed and implemented such as the drag energy-saving device of pumping unit, the energy-saving technology for oil pump and the surface energy-saving technology. The efficiency of pumping system have been increased up to 3.89%. The electric power of 23.14×105 kWh has been saved per year. The total of 18363t oil has been increased. The results of energy-saving are obvious.
